At Lock & Relax, we don’t charge per locker, but rather by luggage size.

Can I leave my luggage for more than one day?
It is possible to leave your luggage for more than one day at Lock & Relax. All you have to do is let us know the period of time (indicating date and time) you want to store the luggage and we will calculate the price.

How close is Lock & Relax to the train station with direct connection to the airport?
How much does a train ticket cost to the airport?
The train ticket costs €1.80.
You can pay directly at the turnstile with a debit or credit card.
What do I do if I lose my key?
Do not worry! All you have to do is send us a WhatsApp or call the number 695 552 059 informing us of what has happened and one of our staff will open your locker.
Keep your key with you at all times; in case of loss, an additional fee of 30 € will be charged.
What should I do if I arrive late to collect my luggage?
In case of delay, you must send a message via WhatsApp or call the number 695 552 059 to inform us that you are going to be late. However, you will be charged 10 €.
Can I access the facilities after closing time?
No. Lock & Relax is a luggage storage facility with personalized service, designed to offer better customer service.
For this reason, it does not operate automatically nor is it available 24 hours a day.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, debit and credit cards.
For convenience, we do not accept cash payments.
