1. Agreement
Your storage agreement is established with SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL., NIF: B75674077, the registered owner of the name SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL and the website www.lockandrelax.es.
By depositing your luggage, you agree to these terms and conditions on your behalf.
2. Service Description
The luggage storage service consists of securely storing your items at our facilities for the period indicated on the deposit receipt — from the date and time of drop-off until the specified date and time of collection.
3. Opening hours
Summer Season: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 8:00 PM. Sunday and holidays, 10:00 AM to 8:00 PM (no exceptions).
Winter Season: Monday to Saturday, 9:30 AM to 7:00 PM. Sunday and holidays, 10:00 AM to 7:00 PM (no exceptions).
4. Items Accepted for Storage
At the time of deposit, the client must declare the contents of each item and confirm that none of the luggage contains prohibited items as detailed in section 6.
Accepted items include:
– Suitcases
– Bags
– Baskets
– Backpacks
– Similar items (securely closed)
⚠️ SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. is not responsible for:
Money
Jewelry
Precious metals
Important documents
Other valuables (not permitted for storage)
SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. reserves the right to refuse any item at its discretion.
5. Storage Documentation (Long-Term Storage)
For long-term storage:
- A deposit form must be completed by our staff.
- It includes deposit and collection dates, client name, and contact number.
- Payment is required at the time of drop-off.
- Identity verification is required for the depositor.
In case the depositor does not collect their belongings by the paid date, they must notify us by phone or email of their intention to extend the luggage storage and pay the corresponding price difference.
For abandoned luggage (see point 11).
6. Prohibited and Dangerous Items
The following are not accepted:
a) Perishable items, strong odors, or anything that may damage the premises or other luggage.
b) Money, jewelry, precious metals, business samples/documents, and valuables.
📦 Packages in poor condition may be accepted only if:
The client declares it in writing
SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. is released from liability
Any visible damage is noted on the deposit receipt
🔍 Right of inspection:
Authorized personnel (or law enforcement with written justification) may inspect stored items for security reasons.
7. Custody and Staff Responsibility
SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. staff are responsible for enforcing policies, collecting payments, issuing receipts, and managing all storage-related operations.
8. Liability
SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. is not liable for:
Normal wear and tear
Natural deterioration
Force majeure (earthquakes, floods, etc.)
Undeclared contents
9. Insurance
Each item is covered up to €200, only in case of:
Loss or damage attributable to SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL.
Theft by third parties
Not covered:
Precious stones, metals, money, jewelry
Electronics (phones, laptops, tablets, GPS)
Fragile items (glass, porcelain), artworks, antiques
Documents, data devices, or films
Handle or wheel breakage
10. Pricing and Payment Terms
Opening hours pricing:

💸 Long-term discounts:
8+ days → 10% off
1+ month → 40% off
11. Collection and Abandoned Items
Late collection: extra days must be paid upon pickup.
Luggage is returned with the deposit receipt.
ID verification is optional unless staff request it.
📦 Unclaimed luggage:
After 3 days from scheduled pickup → considered abandoned
LOCK AND RELAX may sell, destroy, or store the luggage without compensation.
📬 Forgotten items:
Can be shipped at the client’s expense
Minimum cost: €200, based on destination, weight, and method
12. Applicable Law and Revisions
By using the service, you accept these terms. SAFETYMALAGA 2025 SL. may amend them as needed due to operational changes. A copy is available on-site.
13. Jurisdiction
Disputes will be settled under the jurisdiction of the courts of Málaga, Spain, waiving any other.
14. Privacy
In compliance with Organic Law 3/2018 (Data Protection and Digital Rights):
