1. TERMS AND CONDITION Your deposit agreement is stipulated with the company LOCK AND RELAX, with NIF No. 78710971A, owner of the name LOCK AND RELAX and of the website, which accepts the deposit. With your baggage instructions, you accept our terms and conditions regarding the deposit agreement, in your name.

2. DESCRIPTION OF THE SERVICE The luggage storage service consists of keeping your luggage in our facilities during the period indicated on the deposit slip and specifically from the day and time of delivery, until the date and time of the alleged collection. The opening hours are from Monday to Sunday from 9:30 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. without exception.

3. SUBJECT OF DEPOSIT (LUGGAGE ACCEPTED IN SETUP) At the time of deposit, the CLIENT must declare the contents of each baggage, stating that the baggage is not among those that are not accepted for the deposit according to point 6. They will be accepted in deposit, within the limit of the storage capacity of each slogan according to established prices, both suitcases and bags, baskets, backpacks and the like. Each package must be properly closed. The company does not respond, in any case, for money, jewelry, precious metals or business documents or other valuables contained in each package, which, as indicated in item 6, can not be deposit.The baggage / package is put in the deposit at the request of the owners or their representative, as well as the owner of the baggage material.It is the company’s discretion at its discretion, not to accept baggage / luggage in consignment.

4 . STORAGE DOCUMENT (FORMS OF BAGGAGE / LUGGAGE INTRODUCTION, IN CASE OF LONG STAYS) At the time of the baggage / packages consignment the employee has to fill out the deposit sheet of the consignment (only in cases for long stays). It will assign you a sheet where it appears on the day of entry and the day on which you must collect your luggage, name and phone number. The employee of the company is not obliged to verify the identity of those who require the deposit. The CLIENT must pay the fee at the time of depositing your luggage.

6. PROHIBITED AND DANGEROUS OBJECTS (BAGGAGE NOT ACCEPTED IN DEPOSIT). The following will not be accepted for the deposit: a) Baggage / packages containing undamaged or deteriorable materials, exhaling bad odors or that may cause the deterioration of the store’s infrastructure or damage to other baggage / packages deposited.b) Money, jewelry, precious metals, samples or business documents and valuables in general.Packs / packages may be rejected in poor condition, except in special cases, provided that the CUSTOMER declares it in writing, exonerating the company from any liability in connection with the wrong state and / or deterioration thereof. In this case, upon receipt, LOCK AND RELAX will call the attention of the CUSTOMER on the observed sciences by noting them in a timely manner on the delivery sheet (Ref Item 4.). RIGHT OF INSPECTION (ACCESS TO THE BAGGAGE STATEMENT FOR REASONS OF SERVICE) In the slogan access will always be allowed, in addition to LOCK AND RELAX employees in charge of the control and management of the service, to the Police or security bodies of the State or Local, as long as the request is motivated in writing and for security reasons.

8. CUSTODY (PERSONNEL IN CHARGE OF THE SETTLEMENT) The deposit and custody of luggage / packages is attended by the LOCK AND RELAX personnel. The personnel is obliged to comply with and enforce the rules related to the exercise of the deposit and consignment of luggage / packages; the staff may collect the amounts corresponding to the deposits, sign the receipts and perform all operations and acts under this Regulation.

The company is not responsible for the faults and natural deterioration of the luggage / packages deposited under its direct custody and not attributable to its fault or to causes related to the conservation in the deposit. LOCK AND RELAX is not responsible for damages or losses due to force majeure and / or natural events such as earthquakes, flooding, etc. LOCK AND RELAX will not respond for content not declared by the depositor.
Each piece of luggage / package delivered to the premises of the company is covered by insurance up to a maximum of € 200 per package. This insurance covers any damage and / or loss directly attributable to the company LOCK AND RELAX within the limits set forth above, as well as for theft by third parties.
Said insurance will not cover precious stones or metals, watches, plasma screens, LCD, GPS navigators, mobile phones, computers, tablets, jewelry, money, glass, porcelain, objects of art, antiques, documents or film, tapes, records, memory cards or any other medium that contains data or images.
The options mentioned above do not cover the breakage of handles and / or wheels. 11. COMPLAINTS AND CLAIMS

This establishment has a “complaints / claims” book available to the consumer who requests them.

-Up to 3 suitcases cabin size (up to 55 cm)

In the event that the person who has left his luggage exceeds the number of days he had hired and paid in advance, he must pay the difference at the time of baggage collection.
The person in charge of the consignment must check, at the time of the return, only the correspondence of the receipt exhibited by the person collecting the baggage and not also the identity of the exhibitor; however, if the person in charge of the slogan has reasonable doubts that the guardian of the receipt is not the legitimate owner of the packages, he must suspend the return and ask the proof of warranty to the presenter of the receipt. Failing that, the packages will remain in the slogan until the necessary verifications are fulfilled.
After 3 days from the date of collection declared at the time of deposit, unclaimed packages are deemed abandoned and the CLIENT will lose any right to reimbursement or compensation for them. The company may proceed at its discretion to the sale and / or destruction and / or retention of luggage / packages and their contents.
The return of forgotten luggage will be at the CLIENT’s full charge, including expenses.

LOCK AND RELAX will send the forgotten objects if they are claimed within the stipulated period; in this case the customer will advance all shipping costs, depending on the weight, destination, carrier, etc. with a fixed minimum cost of 200 euros.

With the receipt-sheet, the CUSTOMER accepts all the conditions established in this Regulation, whose copy can be requested at LOCK AND RELAX premises, which reserves the right to modify this Regulation due to situations that arise in the concrete course of the activity.

The Parties expressly agree to submit for any litigation, controversy that may arise regarding the interpretation of this Regulation to the jurisdiction and Tribunals of Malaga capital, expressly waiving any other forum that may correspond.

In accordance with Organic Law 3/2018 on the Protection of Personal Data and guarantee of digital rights, we inform you that your e-mail address is part of a record of treatment activities for which LOCK AND RELAX is responsible and whose purpose is the sending of commercial information about products or services marketed by LOCK AND RELAX. With the consent of the user, which will have been given through a clear affirmative action, you can exercise your rights of access, rectification, deletion, opposition, portability and limitation of treatment. 17. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS AND RETURNS. You can cancel your reservation up to 24h before the day and time stipulated for the use of the consignment with a refund of 100% of the amount.
